Vivier’s Chemical Peels

Vivier’s chemical peels are a beautiful in-clinic treatment for various skin concerns: to exfoliate dull, dry skin, target skin imperfections, and improve skin texture and uneven skin tone. If you are looking for an anti-aging glow with minimal to no downtime, we offer two options to choose from: Vivier Peel™ or Vivier TX JESSNER PLUS™.

The Vivier Peel™ is ideal for aging skin, dark spots, dehydrated skin, skin imperfections, and oily, congested and acne-prone skins. Gentle yet effective, it helps refresh, brighten, tighten and illuminate the appearance of the skin.

The Viver TX JESSNER PLUS™ is suitable for aging skin, age spots, enlarged pores and dull, lackluster complexion. This resurfacing peel balances the desire for quick results and minimal downtime; reducing the appearance of fine lines and age spots for a firmer, tighter skin with a more youthful glow.

Microneedling: InnoPen Skin Needling Treatment

Free makeup touch-up included with each treatment

Microneedling is also known as skin needling therapy (or collagen induction therapy (CIT), and percutaneous collagen induction (PCI). It is a non-laser treatment and minimally invasive (non-surgical). This skin-rejuvenation procedure encourages new collagen and elastin production. Automated microneedling is one of the latest innovations in aesthetic medicine using the InnoPen microneedling device. Micro channels resulting from the needles piercing through the skin layers, aid in infusing therapeutic serums for greater penetration. Choose from Vital W de-aging, peptide growth factor or stem cell serums.

The InnoPen is a medical precision tool with a unique, dual spring loaded disposable needle cartridge that uses an automated, vibrating stamp-like motion. The needles used create invisible, vertical, micro-perforations into the epidermis and top layer of the dermis. As a result, the skin starts producing and stimulating collagen and elastin to repair these micro-perforations by immediately increasing the formation of new tissue, as well as releasing growth factors that promote repair and healing.

In addition to activating cell regeneration it also:

  • Enhance delivery and effectiveness of medical grade skincare creams and serums into the skin layers during and after the treatment for increase absorption
  • Skin becomes firmer and regains elasticity
  • Fine lines and wrinkles are visibly reduced
  • Reduce pore size
  • Sun/age spots, acne and scarring are visibly improved.
  • Reduce oil levels in the skin (seborrhoea)

Procedure Overview

The skin is cleansed, exfoliated and hot toweled in order to prep the face.

A topical numbing cream is applied prior to treatment, so there is little to no pain involved during and after treatment. While numbing cream is one you are given a hand and arm massage. The microneedling procedure is then performed and finished with a aqua gel mask, embedded with active peptide ingredients to provide a pleasantly relaxing experience.

The total healing time depends on the severity of the damaged skin and the depth of repair process required. On average, patients have some slight pinkness (like a mild sunburn). Pinpoint bleeding will occur with a deeper treatment, usually only leaves redness and mild inflammation for 2-4 days max! Results can be noticed in as little as four to six weeks. For optimal results, most patients require two to six total treatments, spaced four to six weeks apart.

Appointment duration: allow ~1 hour.

A quick and complimentary consultation is required – but here are typical price ranges:

  • $275 per treatment.

Patients with active cold sores or warts, wounded, sun-burned, excessively sensitive skin, vitiligo, autoimmune conditions, dermatitis or inflammatory rosacea in the area to be treated should be excluded from the peel because the procedure could potentially precipitate a flare-up or spreading.  Inform the clinic if you have a history of herpes simplex (cold sores). Patients with a history of allergies, rashes or other skin reactions may be sensitive to treatment.  Please inform clinic if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Please inform of your ethnicity as pigmentation can occur as a side effect.

  3. Your skin may be red for the initial few days, and will feel dry during the peeling process.

  9. *It is important to note that everyone will peel differently, and this is not an indication of effectiveness of the treatment*
  10. Exfoliate lightly on day 6 or 7 and continue using sunscreen with SPF of at least 30 and avoid direct sunlight for at least four weeks.
  11. Do not have any other facial treatment for at least one week after your peel.
  12. You may resume the regular use of Retinol, bleaching creams, or anything with active ingredients only after the peel process is complete.
