Many of our clients are referred directly by their family physician or dermatologist, particularly in the Okanagan Valley and Southern Interior of BC. Our office offers a variety of options for payment and financing (see below for financing) of cosmetic procedures. Payment options include cash, certified bank cheque, debit card, VISA and Mastercard.

The B.C. Medical Services Plan covers some treatments (for example, some types of varicose veins), however many of the services offered are considered either elective or cosmetic and billing is private. There are exceptions to this which are best delineated in a consultation with your doctor.

Some private payers or personal extended benefit plans are helpful in offsetting the cost of cosmetic procedures. An example is ICBC coverage of scars and deformity resulting from a motor vehicle accident.

For the courtesy of your fellow patients and doctor/nurse/staff, a deposit of is required to secure certain appointments. In the event of less than 24 hours cancellation OR a no-show, you will be charged $150.
