Originally from Vancouver Island, Myia moved to Kelowna in 2018 where she completed her nursing degree at UBC Okanagan. Myia spent the first few years of her nursing career as a labour and delivery nurse, providing support to families in some of their most special moments
Myia takes great pride in her ability to connect with patients and provide exceptionally compassionate care. She is continuously looking for ways to expand her knowledge base and develop herself both professionally and personally.
When not at work, Myia enjoys everything that the Okanagan lifestyle offers! She particularly enjoys hiking, swimming, wine touring, and relaxing on her deck with a book.
