Ashley Breckwoldt serves as the Practice Manager at Lakeshore Vein and Aesthetics Clinic. With her energetic Gemini nature, love for yoga, wakesurfing and reading, she brings a vibrant mix of enthusiasm, balance, and wide-ranging interests to her work.
Her career in the medical field started in 2007 after she graduated from Vancouver Community College and entered the world of Oral Surgery. Beginning her journey as a Certified Dental Assistant and Executive Assistant, Ashley quickly demonstrated her knack for combining excellent patient care with smooth business operations. Over time, her role expanded, allowing her to manage operations while still being deeply involved in patient consultations and care.
Ashley’s career has been highlighted by her leadership roles, including managing cases for former NHL players and handling complex oral and maxillofacial surgeries.
She’s known for her drive towards operational excellence, always looking for innovative ways to stay ahead and make sure everything at the clinic runs smoothly, all while keeping things fun. Her ambition didn’t stop at healthcare; Ashley also ventured into starting a real estate business aimed at helping other agents.
Ashley is committed to her own growth, exploring various interests from nutrition to social media and an Okanagan favourite: wine. She loves learning about different wines, enhancing her appreciation for them with a WSET certification. Outside of work, she is a devoted mother to two amazing children and has a strong passion for travel, cherishing experiences that widen her view of the world.
