Scheduling Sclerotherapy Appointments
Dear Sclerotherapy Patients,
In order to serve you and all our sclerotherapy patients best, we have had to adjust the the appointment schedule.
We are now booking only the next two (2) appointments into the future within the next two (2) months – instead of all six appointments over the next year.
Why? Because of Covid related scheduling constraints, staffing levels* and due to the volume of appointment requests.
That said, we are still confident we can see you for your six sclerotherapy appointments (as needed) in each 12-month period as per the Medical Services Plan (MSP).
We appreciate you choosing us to help you be your best, and your understanding in optimizing the schedule.
Finally: we are launching a pilot project for optional online scheduling – we continue to strive for excellence: ways to increase customer service and the number of appointments.
